Now, we're expanding our team with passionate Spoken English Mentors
who can make learning fun, practical, and life-changing


What You'll Do:

  1. Conduct engaging online (and occasional offline) English-speaking classes
  2. Teach Communicative English, Grammar, and Real-life Conversation
  3. Merge your own syllabus with ours to make sessions result-driven
  4. Design both short-term & long-term learning plans
  5. Brainstorm with our team to build modern, impactful lessons
  6. Inspire students through creative examples and interactive sessions

What We Expect:

  1. Proven experience in teaching Spoken English (online/offline)
  2. Your own syllabus or study plan
    (to merge with ours)
  3. Ability to teach both kids & adults effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interaction skills
  5. Degree or certification in English / TESOL / ESL preferred
  6. Confident presentation skills & great student retention ability
  7. Willingness to join brainstorming for syllabus development


Location:

Dhaka-based
preferred (for occasional offline sessions)

But trainers outside Dhaka are also highly encouraged to apply
