Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Basic Electrical Trainer located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Basic Electrical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on basic electrical concepts, ensuring electrical safety protocols are understood and followed, providing guidance on electrical maintenance practices, and developing curricula for training sessions. Day-to-day tasks will also include evaluating trainee performance and providing necessary feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Electrical Safety and Electrical Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Training and Curriculum Development
  • Understanding of basic principles of Electricity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of trainees
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a training or educational role is a plus
