Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an RJSC & Company Act Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on various topics related to RJSC (Registrar of Joint Stock Companies) and the Company Act. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting research, and providing guidance to participants. The Trainer will also be responsible for assessing training needs, evaluating training outcomes, and ensuring the highest level of participant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of RJSC and Company Act regulations and procedures
  • Experience in designing and delivering training sessions
  • Strong research and preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes
  • Experience with remote training delivery methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in consultancy or training roles is a plus
