Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and ensure customer acquisition.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and branding activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Project visit & have to reach the sales target

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
