About Job:

Nybsys is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our website, product interfaces, and overall visual communication. This role requires mastery in modern design, a deep understanding of UX principles, and an AI-driven product mindset. The ideal candidate can think strategically across UX, UI, and software architecture levels.

Key Responsibilities:


• Own and enhance Nybsys website design, structure, branding, and user experience.


• Create comprehensive UI systems, wireframes, page layouts, and prototypes using Figma.


• Design high-quality graphics, icons, visuals, and branded assets.


• Deliver clear, impactful presentation designs for leadership and stakeholders.


• Translate product requirements into AI-assisted design workflows and prototypes.


• Apply modern UI/UX principles, usability, accessibility, and product logic.


• Use AI tools to plan software architecture concepts, map user flows, and generate front-end structure ideas.


• Maintain consistent visual standards across all design tasks.

Education Requirement:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field.

Experience Requirement:


• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or complex workflows.

Must-Have Skills:


• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, basic After Effects/Premiere).


• Strong English communication and confidence in presenting design decisions.


• Understanding of front-end terminology (HTML, CSS, JS concepts).


• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Motion graphics, micro-interactions, or UI animation experience.


• Brand identity or marketing design experience.


• Ability to create simple product demo visuals or lightweight animations.


• Familiarity with no-code tools: Webflow, Framer, WordPress.


• Experience working in agile environments with product & engineering teams.


• Exposure to enterprise, IoT, or networking products
