Job Context: We are looking for energetic individuals with good Quality Assurance and Quality Control knowledge. The person will stimulate our team's development and bring creative, innovative ideas to Software Testing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for the company's products.

  • Examine any flaws or mistakes discovered during the testing process.

  • Collaborate with other engineers, convey progress and difficulties, and get feedback from QA, Development, and Product Management.

  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

  • Create and update product test reports;

  • Report to the Product Management daily on the scheduled test reports;

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry developments and trends.

  • Encourage the development process to be more efficient and productive.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience as an SQA Engineer for 0-1 year. ( Freshers are highly encouraged to apply )

  • Basic knowledge of any OOP programming (Java, C++, or Python);

  • Understanding of the testing process as well as the role of a QA Engineer as a part of the software development process;

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented;

  • Familiarity with SDLC phases and Testing Methodologies;

  • Working knowledge of Jira or a comparable bug-tracking tool;

  • Knowledge about different programming languages and logic.
