Jr. Officer – Finance & Accounts
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities, while developing practical knowledge in professional accounting practices under the guidance of senior team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records, including vouchers, invoices, and bank transactions.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist in preparing and updating financial databases & spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other departments for financial data and documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance from any UGC-approved university.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Freshers are eligible to apply for this role, with 0 to 2 years of work experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary:
    BDT 18,000 per month during the 6-month training period, which will be increased to BDT 22,000 upon successful completion.
