Dtech Corporation Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in the facade industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, conducting market research, and preparing tender submissions for our facade-related products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to generate business leads, and experience in preparing competitive tenders for facade systems, such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, and louvers. The Candidate will work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure project success and business growth.

  • Lead and manage the tender submission process, including preparing technical and commercial proposals for facade projects.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate technical documentation and cost estimations in tenders.
  • Customize proposals to meet client requirements and ensure competitive pricing for curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, and louvers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive strategies in the facade industry.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote facade systems.
  • Assist in generating leads and building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Track and follow up on tenders to ensure timely submissions and to monitor bid success rates.
  • Work with the sales and design teams to align marketing materials with project requirements.
  • Help create technical presentations, brochures, and sales tools for facade products.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts across platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Conduct client meetings and participate in site surveys to understand project needs.
  • Collect and analyze market data to fine-tune marketing strategies and project pricing.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
