Job Context:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Jr. Digital Marketing Manager. This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns while supporting senior management in achieving client goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and PPC platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and creatives for campaigns.

Client Support & Communication

  • Communicate campaign updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients under guidance from senior managers.
  • Support client onboarding and maintain regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the internal team for action.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Assist in creating content calendars and scheduling posts across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and trends, providing suggestions to enhance client presence.
  • Support the creation of graphics, blogs, and other digital content as needed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key performance metrics for campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in presenting campaign insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Learning & Growth

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn advanced strategies and campaign management skills.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
