Job Purpose
The Senior Executive – Client Servicing is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely and effective delivery of campaigns, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role bridges client expectations with agency output by coordinating with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver impactful, results-driven communication solutions.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.
- Understand client objectives and provide proactive solutions to meet their business goals.
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage campaign development from briefing to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality standard.
Briefing & Coordination
- Translate client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Facilitate smooth communication across departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Strategic & Creative Support
- Contribute ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
- Conduct market/competitor research to support campaign planning.
- Assist senior team members in preparing brand plans, proposals, and pitch decks.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and campaign budgets.
- Manage billing processes, track financial status, and ensure timely invoicing/payment.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all projects, client communication, and reports.
Reporting & Evaluation
- Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports.
- Track KPIs and share actionable insights for optimization.
- Present work and progress updates to clients confidently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising, digital, or media agency.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
