Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandise Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Merchandise Manager will be responsible for planning, selecting, and purchasing quantities of goods and merchandise. The role includes analyzing customer demands, market trends, and monitoring stock levels to maximize sales and profitability. Day-to-day tasks will also involve coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and overseeing the work of junior staff members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Assortment planning
  • Expertise in Inventory Management
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in an on-site team environment in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
  • Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus
