Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day merchandising activities including developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of products, coordinating with production and design teams, and analyzing market trends to inform inventory and product decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail management
  • Knowledge of Marketing principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus
