ERP Implementation Officer
to join our dynamic team and help us streamline our operations through effective ERP system implementation.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:


• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.


• Customize ERP solutions to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.


• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.


• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes and procedures.


• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:


• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in ERP implementation.


• Strong understanding of Garments/Textile business processes and workflows.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj.
