Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo and ERP modules, integrating business processes, optimizing database performance, and supporting end-to-end implementation. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver stable, scalable, and production-ready ERP solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and ERP applications

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Integrate ERP workflows across accounting, sales, inventory, projects, HR, and construction-related modules

Build and maintain REST APIs, automation workflows, and backend services

Maintain and optimize databases for performance and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Must-Have

Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development

Strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and Odoo ORM

Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and module architecture

Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization

Experience debugging, coding, and delivering production-ready features

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, )

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation

Experience with software project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
