Invento Software Limited is a software development company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We design and build custom software, web and mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions. Our strong and dedicated team includes software developers, IT specialists, digital marketing and branding experts.

We are looking for a responsible, sincere, and hardworking individual to work with us in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and friendly company culture as Business Development Executive.

We expect you to boost our revenue and help us to acquire new business in our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and provide software demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Stay updated with ERP trends, SaaS technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Regularly Update CRM Software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software sales (ERP sales preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and software implementation processes.
  • Prior experience with ERPNext or Odoo will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to engage with both local and international clients across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangladesh and internationally when required.
