Position: Business Development Officer (IT)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven
Business Development Officer (IT)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in
software and IT sales
, with the ability to build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities in the local and international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions (ERP, POS, HR, Mobile Apps, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of proven experience
    in software and IT sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both in Bangla and English).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
