Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Associate for our ERP & Financial Consultancy department to gather business requirements, map processes, and translate them into ERP workflows. The role includes coordinating implementation, testing, and deployment across multiple modules, while providing training, support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has strong business process knowledge, ERP/project implementation experience, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities associated with this position include:

  • Gathering requirements/Pain Points from business stakeholders.
  • Document business processes and translate them into ERP workflows.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to configure, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Implementation of ERP across various modules (Accounting, Buying, Sales, Inventory, HR, Project, etc.).
  • Provide end-user training and support during UAT and post-implementation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare project status reports, documentation, and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who are pursuing or are part-qualified/partially qualified in CA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in similar roles will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong business process understanding (finance, operations, HR, sales, supply chain, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or prior exposure to project implementation.
  • Basic technical knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, ERP/project management tools, and quick adaptability to new technologies.
  • Good understanding of data management and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ERP systems familiarity (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)
  • Exposure to business process mapping and workflow design.
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
