Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for SaaS-based products and solutions.

  2. Identify and explore new markets, build strategic partnerships, and expand product reach.

  3. Understand client requirements and ensure SaaS offerings provide optimal solutions to their business needs.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and materials that drive product adoption and success.

  5. Develop, customize, and update business proposals tailored to client needs.

  6. Manage product delivery timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

  7. Share monthly portfolio updates, business performance reports, and growth insights with management.

  8. Gather, validate, and document product requirements with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  9. Conduct regular client meetings to refine solutions and strengthen long-term relationships.

  10. Leverage tools like ClickUp (or similar project management platforms) to track progress, ensure accountability, and maintain project alignment.

  11. Build, maintain, and actively hunt client lists across industries.

  12. Conduct client visits and provide product demos on a weekly target basis.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably with SaaS-based products.

  3. Strong ability to manage external clients and build long-term partnerships.

  4. Excellent people management skills, with the capacity to inspire and collaborate with a 25-member development team (Software, Game 5. Development, AR, VR).

  5. Demonstrated success in driving B2B and B2C sales and business growth.

  6. Solid understanding of Digital and SaaS products, including industry trends, customer demands, and competitor landscape.

  7. Willingness and flexibility to travel across Bangladesh as needed.

  8. Exceptional pitching and presentation skills, with experience creating impactful decks using AI-powered tools (e.g., Canva, Gamma, or similar).
