Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Executive/Senior Executive
Copywriter (English & Bangla)
located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Copy Writer will be responsible for creating and editing content in both English and Bangla. Daily tasks include developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, proofreading, and creative writing. The Copy Writer will collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling narratives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop clear, engaging, and original copy for a variety of platforms — including social media, website, ads, campaigns, and internal communications.

·      Write, edit, and proofread English and Bangla content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.

·      Plan and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand storytelling.

· Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to create relevant and impactful content.

·      Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and creative teams to bring ideas and campaigns to life.

·      Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, creativity, and accuracy.

·      Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in developing campaign scripts, taglines, and promotional materials.

·      Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timely delivery.

Qualification:

·      Excellent proficiency in both English and Bangla writing and speaking.

·      Experience in creating and editing content in both languages.

·      Skills in content strategy, research, proofreading, and creative writing.

·      Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand storytelling.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with a team and also manage tasks independently.

·      Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

·      Experience in the marketing or advertising industry will be considered an advantage.
