Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing, based in Dhaka. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and factory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Data-Driven Sales Strategies
- Expertise in Marketing and product development
- Strong Analytical and Report Writing Skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the garment accessories or manufacturing industry minimum 3-4 years'
