Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Jr. Developer/Sr. Developer/Sr. IT Executive
based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves developing and maintaining software applications, ensuring data security and reliability, and managing databases. The individual will contribute to strategic IT initiatives, manage technical issues, and support the development and deployment of IT solutions aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement IT strategies and ensure seamless workflow automation will also be required.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum Bachelors
(CSE, CSC, ICT, IT, EEE, ETE)
in relevant field.

Graduated from reputed public or private
(NSU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC)
universities will be given preference.

Requirements:

Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security, user support, web/software systems, compliance, and IT projects—ensuring high availability, security, performance, and seamless day-to-day operations
(SR. IT Executive)

Experience:

1-2 years for Jr. Developer

3-5 years for Sr. Developer

4 years for Sr. IT Executive

Salary: Negotiable (based on interview performance, experience and other relevant skills)

Weekly two days holiday
(5 working days)

Location: Dhaka & Outside Dhaka
