We're Hiring: Senior Designer (Leather Bags Division)

LeatherDot Bangladesh is looking for a Senior Designer with a strong eye for style, craftsmanship, and innovation in leather bag design.

Location: 126, Beriad Koborsthan Road, Notun Bazar, 100 Feet Road, Dhaka

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000 (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:


• Develop and lead new leather bag designs and collections.


• Create patterns and samples for production.


• Research global fashion trends and adapt them for the local market.


• Collaborate with the production team to maintain design precision and quality.


• Select leathers, materials, and hardware for each design.

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience in leather goods or accessory design.


• Strong knowledge of pattern making and bag construction.


• Creative mindset with a passion for craftsmanship and modern design.
