About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Visualizer (Motion Graphics Designer)
with exceptional creative vision, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content. The ideal candidate must have a
strong portfolio
, mastery in
design languages
, and the ability to
think outside the box
while working closely with the marketing and creative teams.

This role requires a self-driven professional who can collaborate as part of a team, yet also take ownership of independent projects when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create engaging
    motion graphics
    , animations, and video content for social media, campaigns, presentations, and ads.
  • Develop creative storyboards, visual concepts, and narratives that align with brand goals.
  • Execute high-impact visuals using strong design language, typography, and layout principles.
  • Transform ideas into polished deliverables with a focus on creativity, precision, and storytelling.
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to develop campaign visuals and ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency in brand style.
  • Mentor junior designers (if required) and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Motion Graphics Designer
    with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of
    animation principles
    , visual communication, and modern design trends.
  • Proficiency in relevant software: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion tools.
  • Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both
    independently
    and
    as part of a team
    .
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
