UX Designer with UX Strategy expertise
. This role goes beyond design execution to shape the overall UX strategy, ensuring user experiences are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Monthly Salary:
BDT 100k to 150k + Other Benefits as per company policy

What You'll Do

  • Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to create smooth workflows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and accessible.
  • Turn complex workflows into easy-to-use experiences.
  • Support Agile teams with design updates and feedback.
  • Contribute to and help define the UX strategy, aligning design work with business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX tools, strategy practices, and fintech trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of UX Strategies design experience
  • Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and UX strategy.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Experience in payments or banking operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modular systems is helpful.
  • Open to traveling abroad when required.
