About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visualizer
to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
graphic design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals that strengthen our brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design
    creative campaigns, visual content, and brand materials
    for digital and print platforms.
  • Develop
    motion graphics, animations, and video elements
    for social media, advertisements, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to
    create cohesive visual narratives
    aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead visual direction for
    campaigns, events, and product launches
    .
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all designs follow established
    brand guidelines and visual standards
    .
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with
    design trends, new tools, and creative techniques
    to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    4–6 years of professional experience
    in a design or creative role.
  • Proven skills in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    graphic design and motion work
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    visual composition, color theory, typography, and animation principles
    .
  • Ability to
    think creatively and strategically
    , with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in
    3D design or animation (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.)
    .
  • Basic video editing and sound design knowledge.
  • Familiarity with
    UI/UX
    and digital design standards.
