Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Jersey Fashion Designer specializing in jersey garments, located in the Dhaka , Bangladesh. The Senior Fashion Designer will manage the end-to-end design process, including creating innovative and refined jersey collections aligned with the brand's aesthetic. Responsibilities include researching trends, designing and developing concepts, collaborating with the production team to oversee sampling, and maintaining consistency in fit, quality, and style. The role also involves creating embroidery and textile designs, attending fittings, and ensuring all designs meet standards of sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Fashion Design and a strong creative vision for designing contemporary jersey collections.
  • Proficiency in Textiles and Embroidery design, with the ability to incorporate unique details into garments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
