Taiwan Machinery
is an international machinery company base in Taiwan, Local office Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka – a trusted name in importing & supplying top-tier industrial machinery from Taiwan, Japan, and China – is expanding its team

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and challenge-loving professional who love to enjoy dealing with interpreters and handling both local and international industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and building up bridge with foreign and local industrial clients – Build lasting relationships and maintain professional communication across borders
  • Resolve client issues efficiently – Offer timely solutions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Conduct industrial visits – Be ready to travel locally and internationally to meet clients and explore business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal departments – Ensure smooth service flow across departments to deliver client success
  • Present technical solutions clearly – Understand machines and technology to explain product offerings confidently
  • Maintain client records and feedback – Document, analyze, and improve client satisfaction processes
  • Represent the company professionally – Be the brand ambassador for Taiwan Machinery in every client interaction

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Relationship Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Education will be considered if practical experience is gained through internships/co-ops/training/short programs/working experience in training and industrial sector
  • Prefer in Industrial or trading sector
  • Mindset: Honest, proactive, and excited to take on challenging tasks
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, marketing knowledge, and technical understanding
  • Communication: Must be fluent in dealing with foreign customers and local industrial professionals
  • Mobility: Must be willing to visit factories, industries, and trade clients both locally and abroad
