IDLC Finance PLC is looking for a proactive and brand-savvy individual to join its Group Marketing team as Brand Executive – Capital Market Branding. If you are organized, collaborative, and eager to work at the intersection of brand, strategy, and capital markets, we'd love to hear from you

About The Company

IDLC Finance PLC is Bangladesh's largest multi-product Non-Banking Financial Institution, with 40 branches and over 1,700 employees. We offer various loans, deposits, and capital market products and services across Corporate, Consumer, and SME segments. Our capital market services are delivered through two wholly owned subsidiaries: IDLC Investments Limited (merchant banking) and IDLC Securities Limited (stock brokerage).

Role Overview:

This role serves as the key brand and communication focal for IDLC's capital market subsidiaries. The Brand Executive will coordinate all branding initiatives of IDLC Investments and IDLC Securities, acting as their single point of contact within Group Marketing. Working under the direct guidance of the Head of Marketing, the person will plan and execute campaigns aligned with IDLC's group brand strategy and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Campaign Planning

  • Act as brand liaison for IDLC Securities and IDLC Investments
  • Design annual communication plans for capital market products (e.g., mutual funds, stock trading, IPOs)
  • Prepare content briefs, oversee execution, and ensure timely campaign delivery across ATL, BTL, and digital media

Brand & Design Alignment

  • Ensure all capital market communication aligns with IDLC's group brand guidelines
  • Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all materials
  • Support subsidiaries with creative ideation and coordination

Agency and Vendor Management

  • Liaise with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign production and rollout
  • Manage quality control and brand compliance across partner agencies

Market Intelligence & Insight Development

  • Monitor competitors and communication trends in the capital market domain
  • Provide insights to improve messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for approvals, feedback, and integration
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing on campaign progress and subsidiary needs

Special Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Bangla)
  • Working knowledge of capital markets and investor behavior
  • High attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in managing external vendors and agency partners

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand communication, preferably within financial services, capital market, or agency roles involving financial brand
