Role Overview

The role focuses on planning and strategy for BTL activations — developing concepts, campaign strategies, and client presentations that turn briefs into impactful brand engagement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Develop activation concepts & consumer engagement strategies

Create campaign plans with clear objectives, timelines & budgets

Research insights, competitor activity & global trends

Prepare client proposals, pitch decks & reports

Translate client goals into measurable BTL strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communication

1–3 years' experience in BTL/brand planning (agency preferred)

Strong creative thinking & presentation skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (Canva/Adobe a plus)

Excellent communication in Bangla & English
