Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead Software Engineer
to guide and mentor our engineering team, drive architecture decisions, and lead the development of scalable web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap and delivering high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, and
  • Architect and implement robust backend systems and RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and PostgreSQL.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX/UI designers.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.
  • Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, following DevOps best practices.
  • Continuously improve development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture.
  • Keep up with industry trends and drive innovation in tools, technologies, and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Expert-level skills in
    C#

  • Strong front-end development experience with
    React
    and preferably

  • Proficient in
    PostgreSQL
    and SQL performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS
    and/or
    Azure
    infrastructure and services.
  • Deep understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile project delivery.
  • Familiar with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
  • Background in performance tuning and system monitoring.
