Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Gulshan. The Architect will be responsible for designing, retrofitting, and managing architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, overseeing project integration, coordinating with software development teams, and ensuring that all projects meet quality and performance standards. The Architect will also be involved in project management, including liaising with clients and stakeholders, scheduling, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture(B.Arch) (IAB accredited university)

Software Skill

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/ Rhino, and 3D modeling tools, Lumion*, Photoshop*, Microsoft office.

Other Requirments

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong expertise in Project Management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gulshan
