Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the ITSM strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead IT service delivery, including incident, change, release, and capacity management.
  • Oversee NOC and SOC operations and lead incident/crisis response.
  • Promote continuous improvement using KPIs and maturity models.
  • Manage ITSM tools and automation investments.
  • Collaborate with executives, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive risk management and ensure audit readiness.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and vendor contracts.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of IT service performance with stakeholders.
  • Lead service design and execution for expansion initiatives.
  • Actively participate in IT infrastructure projects implementation regarding business expansion or renovation.

Job Requirements:


• Master's in Information Systems, IT Management, or relevant field


• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related discipline


• 12+ years in IT service leadership roles


• ITIL Expert certification
