Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gulshan. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily lead generation, customer support, and sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our courses, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through effective communication and impeccable customer service.

• Customer Support experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven experience in a telesales or similar role is a plus
