Job Responsibilities

*Job Overview:
We are seeking a
Junior Product Manager*
to own product roadmaps, manage the full lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensure customer needs drive every decision. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful products.

The ideal candidate has

fintech, SaaS, or marketplace products
is a strong plus.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Strategic Planning: Define and build comprehensive product roadmaps that are directly aligned with company goals, and articulate the "why" behind key product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Drive all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial ideation and market research to development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Lead customer discovery initiatives and user interviews to deeply understand pain points, validate hypotheses, and ensure user needs are at the core of all product decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key product metrics and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and guide future development.

Requirements
Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven Expertise: 1–3 years of progressive experience in product management, ideally within a startup or a high-growth environment.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic product decisions that create business value.
• Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and proficiency with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Slack. A solid understanding of software architecture and technology stacks is highly desirable.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present product strategies and updates to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, Clarity) to define metrics, analyze product performance, and inform decision-making.
• Customer Obsessed: A deep sense of empathy and a relentless dedication to enhancing user experiences and solving customer problems.
• Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions and priorities.

*Preferred Skills*

• Experience with Fintech and financial applications, marketplace, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and successfully scaling products from idea to execution.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, growth hacking strategies, and user segmentation.
