ERA-InfoTech Limited is hiring for its Strategy & Transformation team. We are looking for an individual who will work across departments to lead strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable business insights through data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and turning data into decisions.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:


• Strategic Project Management: Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational goals.


• Process Governance: Develop, document, and monitor internal processes to ensure standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to enforce governance frameworks.


• BI Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to track key performance indicators, uncover insights, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely business intelligence.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, transformation projects, business analysis, or a related field.


• Hands-on experience in project management tools and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Jira, MS Project).


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
