The HR & Admin Intern will support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including maintaining databases and trackers, managing employee files, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding documentation. The role requires ensuring confidentiality, accurate record-keeping, and providing general administrative support as needed. The intern will also perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR & Admin databases, trackers, and reports using Excel.
  • Support the HR & Admin team in preparing, organizing, and managing employee files, administrative records, and other documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing relevant forms, documents, and checklists.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping practices.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to daily HR & Admin activities.
  • Coordinate basic office management tasks as required, including logistics, record maintenance, and communication support.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management as needed.

Qualifications:

● BBA from a reputed university.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good HR foundational knowledge
  • Presentation and interpretation of data into information
  • Fluent with MS Office and common online apps
  • Filing and Paper Management
  • Project management
