Position Overview

The Admin Executive will support smooth operational and administrative functions of Cozy Cub's retail showroom and office. This role oversees store maintenance, manages supplies, coordinates vendors, maintains administrative and HR records, and ensures operational efficiency to uphold Cozy Cub's retail standards and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure smooth daily administrative operations for Cozy Cub showrooms and the office.
  2. Oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance, arranging repairs when needed.
  3. Manage store supplies, packaging materials, stationery, uniforms, and other admin inventory.
  4. Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and assist with HR-related documentation.
  5. Handle petty cash disbursement, maintain vouchers, and prepare expense summaries.
  6. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for branding materials, printing, repairs, and utilities.
  7. Maintain documentation of bills, invoices, asset registers, and administrative records.
  8. Ensure safety and compliance, checking CCTV, fire extinguishers, and security protocols.
  9. Support logistics tasks such as courier management, delivery coordination, and merchandise movement.
  10. Assist showroom teams during high-traffic hours to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, retail operations, or office management.
  • Experience in retail brands.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and administrative practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle petty cash and maintain documentation accurately.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused mindset and flexibility for showroom support.
