Job Title: Medical Field Supervisor-EGHS

About the Role

The incumbent will be accountable for overseeing data collection activities within the CDC project. This role involves supervising a group of data collectors conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and providing technical support. The key responsibilities include ensuring data quality, adherence to project protocols, and timely completion of tasks. The incumbent will also support the Project Lead in data analysis, report writing, and day-to-day operations of the project.


Main Responsibilities
  • Support planning, implementation, and coordination of data collection activities.
  • Supervise and manage a team of data collectors conducting KIIs.
  • Train data collectors on KII protocols, ethical considerations, and data collection tools.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to program protocols.
  • Ensure smooth operation of data collection activities and serve as the primary administrative point of contact for project staff and selected sites.
  • Coordinate provision of support services to data collectors and data analysis.
  • Review collected data for completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Develop records of assessment activities and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years' experience working with DGHS.
  • Proven experience in Health System Management.
  • Must be an MBBS graduate.
  • Having MPH is an advantage.
