About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in transforming raw financial and operational data into actionable insights, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting informed business decisions.

This position involves preparing monthly and quarterly product profit & loss statements to support various business unit owners and helping them understand performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience working with large datasets.

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly P&Ls to support various business unit owners.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform month-to-month flux and variance analysis to help understand trends.
  • Revenue Operations: Help the team build revenue-related models and analytics.
  • Accounting Close Support: Be the bridge between FP&A and Accounting functions to review tasks performed by the accounting team.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct manual financial analyses as required by the finance team.
  • Contract Analysis: Extract specific financial and non-financial information from contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Presentation Development: Design and edit professional-quality slides for internal and external presentations.
  • Data Management: Clean and organize data within broader financial systems.

This is a mid-level to senior role, and we are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do
