Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our Long-term Engagement (LTE) offering. This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing projects from start to finish. They will also possess a continuous improvement mindset, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a passion for organization and process clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and ensure proper communication.
  • Work closely with the marketplace provider team and our partner to coordinate recruitment efforts.
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure timely onboarding logistics, including setup, screening vouchers, and work order routing.
  • Provide buyers with necessary information regarding LTE placements, including follow-up and discrepancy resolution.
  • Attend LTE workstream meetings, assist with scheduling, and follow up on open action items.
