Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reporting and resolving payment issues, and supporting month-end close reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Invoices:
  • Perform the bill run process on SAP, ensuring timely issuance of invoices to customers/vendors.
  • Issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Report and Resolve Payment Issues:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payment or invoicing issues in a timely manner.
  • Process adjustments promptly and accurately.
  • Support Month-End Close Reporting:
  • Prepare reports and assist in data entry as needed.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements in business processes surrounding delivery rider payroll and vendor payment cycles.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with global process owners to ensure effective execution of accounting activities.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for finance operations relating to purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting and operations experience.
  • A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
