Job Description & Summary

Our team focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Clients rely on us for expert financial guidance, ensuring they make informed decisions that drive success. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive industry and company research to identify and assess potential investment banking mandates, guiding junior team members in data analysis and interpretation.

• Develop complex financial models and quantitative analyses to evaluate potential transactions, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

• Manage the preparation and delivery of high-quality client presentations, including teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of industry sectors to identify trends and opportunities, driving strategic advisory for clients.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client engagements, managing queries and facilitating the exchange of critical information for deal execution.

• Oversee investor communications and coordinate the due diligence process, ensuring thorough and timely responses to investor inquiries.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling capabilities.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Extensive experience with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and valuation techniques.

• Strong background in industry research and data gathering.

• Significant exposure to investment banking or corporate finance environments, with a track record of successful deal execution.

Qualifications

Years of Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.

Education Qualification:

• MBA or CFA/CA/any equivalent degree preferred, with a focus on finance and demonstrated expertise through coursework or professional experience.
