Key Business Analyst Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective analysis and solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities">
  • Analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Document and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
  • Foster collaboration between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure mutual understanding.
  • Analyze and validate data to support business decisions and project goals.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials as needed.
Qualifications and Skills">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing analytical role.
  • Experience working in software, IT, or digital project environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data analysis, process modeling, or UML.
