We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, managing all business metrics, and developing strategies focused on vendor growth and retention.

">Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing all business metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies focused on vendor growth and retention.
  • Oversight of vendor account management, including contract negotiations and revenue maximization opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
">Requirements
  • Experience of 2 to 3 years in relevant field
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Partner, Relationship Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing, Project management
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Comfortable handling changing priorities and working with diverse teams.
  • Prioritizes vendor needs and is dedicated to enhancing their experience.
  • Motivated to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Ensures accuracy and quality in all work, with a focus on thoroughness.
  • Efficiently prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Eager to grow and expand skills in a dynamic environment.
