Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer base.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and decision-makers to increase market presence.
  • Provide targeted support to the clinical and technical teams to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Track and report competitor activity within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans and quotas for the region in alignment with national objectives.
  • Prepare and present customer offerings, quotes, tenders, and re-orders.
  • Act as a key member of the team, providing input and support to marketing programs.
  • Update clinical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.
  • Support Sales Administration and promote a team culture.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
