Position Title: Computer Operator (Document Controller)

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Railway team as a Computer Operator cum Document Controller for a Railway Construction Supervision Project.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for development.

• We perform all Day-to-Day work as guided by senior and junior engineers with respect to the project.
• We compose, prepare and print various reports for clients, relevant organisations and internal members.
• We receive correspondence and other documents from employers, contractors and other parties, register, stamp and circulate them to relevant persons for action or information.
• We arrange for incoming correspondence to be included in a register of incoming correspondence for tracking purposes.
• We scan all incoming correspondence and drawings, and store them in servers.
• We store all outgoing correspondence in servers.
• We maintain a database of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• We arrange for delivery of completed letters and documents to employers, contractors and other parties in accordance with accepted procedures.
• We handle maintenance and operation of computer systems.
• We set controls on computers and other devices.
• We analyse common issues and take steps to reduce or eliminate them, collaborating with other IT personnel and supervisors to develop relevant solutions.
• We deal with any other work assigned by 'The Engineer' according to provisions of TOR.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 02 years of experience in any reputed firm in similar positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
