Job Title

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in IT.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience to dive deep into market trends, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights and structured documentation.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support business development.

  • Prepare comprehensive business documents such as requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, MoUs, and pitch decks.

  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies in the IT space.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Track business KPIs and create performance reports.

  • Organize findings into actionable insights that contribute to business strategy and internal planning.

  • Support proposal development and documentation for client deliverables.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or a similar role—preferably in an IT company.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with a clear understanding of IT services.

  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

  • Comfortable working with data visualization tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.

  • Attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
