What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
  • Help organize training sessions, team-building, and employee engagement activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Learn and grow through exposure to all core HR functions

What We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship or 0–1 year of experience in HR will be a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HRM, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with integrity, empathy, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate about people, culture, and professional growth

Job Details:

  • Working Days: 5 days/week (occasional flexibility may be required)
  • Location: Level 1, House 1A, Road No. 16/A, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212
  • Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and potential)
