We are seeking a highly experienced and creative 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐈/𝐔𝐗 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 to join our dynamic team in 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡. In this role, you will lead the design process, creating user-centric solutions that enhance the overall experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and drive innovative design strategies to align with business goals.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

  • User Research: Gather and analyze user insights to inform personas and journeys.

  • Design Strategy: Develop strategies aligned with business goals and usability.

  • Prototyping: Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma, Sketch, or XD.

  • Visual Design: Create attractive, functional web and mobile interfaces.

  • Usability Testing: Test designs and iterate based on user feedback.

  • Collaboration: Partner with PMs, developers, and stakeholders.

  • Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable, consistent systems.

  • Stay Updated: Follow the latest design trends and tools.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field

  • 6+ years UI/UX design experience with a strong web/mobile portfolio

  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Axure

  • Solid grasp of design principles, typography, color, and responsive design

  • Skilled in user research, usability, and A/B testing

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for dev collaboration

  • Strong problem-solving and user-centered thinking

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Agile team experience with cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience with SaaS or startup design

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics)

  • Contributions to open-source design projects
