Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Nexkraft Limited, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our digital products. You'll take ownership of design projects from concept to completion — crafting intuitive user interfaces, building high-quality prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with business goals and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across projects.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years

of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback effectively.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world or production-level design projects.
  • Ability to balance creativity with usability and functionality.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality
